To honor the 300th episode of The Legacy Music Hour podcast, Brent Weinbach, Rob F. Switch, and Gabe Castro welcome listeners and anyone else interested to attend the recording. This is just like a normal episode where Brent, Rob, and Gabe select some tracks and comment on them, so it's basically like a video game music listening party or something.
The Legacy Music Hour was created in 2010 by Brent and Rob for the purpose of sharing and talking about video game music from specifically the 8-bit and 16-bit eras (or 3rd and 4th generations). No remixes, no covers, no video game inspired music -just pure, original music from the NES, SNES, Genesis, Game Boy, TurboGrafx-16, and more.
The 300th episode recording will take place at 3pm on Saturday, August 29, 2026 at Dynasty Typewriter at the Hayworth in Los Angeles, CA. It'll take about two hours to record. If you live in the area, feel free to come and bring who ever you like, as long as they won't be bored by people listening and talking about video game music.
